I have a 2006 Armada with 12,000 miles. I have owned it for a few months and over the last couple months there has been a squeaking/grinding sound that is coming from the front end suspension. I believe it is suspension related because the only time it squeaks and grinds is when the vehicle passes over a dip in the road...when the compression occurs as the suspension reacts to the dip in the road the noise is produced. Anyone out there with a similar experience and/or some advice?

Yup, had this on my 04.

It's a loose front sway bar. Get under it with a wrench and tighten it up and you'll be in good shape.

Yes i have too! Everytime i take it in they say they cant duplicate the sound... i have an o5 and its been doing it since i got it along with the brake and rotor problem.. at first it was only in the morning then after it warmed up i would go over a pump and it would not make the noise.. now after my warranty is up since i have 41,000 miles it is gettingso bad it sounds like something is broken and it is load so im taking it back this week. I will keep you posted as to what it is and if they fix it! I will bring this message along with the one the other person reponded to you about the sway bar but it sounds like a bad shock or strut and i have told them!

Hi...have you been able to fix this problem? Mine has not gone away and I will be making the time to take it in soon. Let me know if you have an update. Thanks.
