We are monitoring trading more closely now, and we will attempt to regulate trading as best we can. I can't really divulge details here, but we will flag anything we see as suspicious and dig as deep as we can.
 
Fairness is certainly the objective, so we'll do what we can.

Well one way to reduce the advantage gained by this kind of activity would be to artificially reduce the amount a stock moves as a result of a trade. I realize the price is based upon a calculation of the book, but it would just need some fiddling to keep the prices less volatile. This combined with the 25% investment cap would prevent people from being able to cause as much of an impact with short term trading activity and thus the notion of having friends help or multiple accounts would cease being an effective manner of wealth accumulation. I don't think you guys are going to want to try to play sherlock holmes when trading gets heavy, especially if traffic increases further.

We wouldn't want to interrupt the process of trading for investigatory purposes, especially during heavy traffic periods like "IPO Tuesdays".
