Replying to: sweendogy (Sep 07, 2008 3:29 pm) I totally agree with you about GM. They need to downsize its line up! Focus on quality as opposed to the most vehicles on the road. The G8 is the only really good thing they have representing pontiac. The rest of them could honestly disappear, and I doubt anyone would shed a tear. Pontiac, Malibu, Saturn, their all the same cars, using the same buttons, parts, engine, though the looks may have improved, but choosing lower end parts, that is what brings you down. Most of their cars, just remind me of a cheap rental car, a luxury, sporty, wannabe. Though they are getting better, but I would pick an Accord over any GM any day. Now perhaps a Caddy CTS, that would be ok...lol Even then, its too overpriced.

There G5 fuel saving alternative sold just over 1 per dealer..(numbers are published by the wsj) They made the right move borrowing the toyota matrix and rebag it as there own vibe but not looking good for them.
