It's larger than the current Forester, and has the most ground clearance of any Subaru, as well as the best angle of approach/departure and breakover of any Subaru. http://www.subaru.com/sub/misc/2009/forester/index.html It will ride and drive much better than any 4Runner, as well as get better gas mileage. Replying to: mcgrath3459 (Feb 11, 2008 12:59 am) Just remember if you get the Sport model - it has the X-Reas suspension. It CANNOT be changed for all practical purposes, so you may want to consider the SR5 if you want to ever change the suspension for more off-road needs.
