I agree. Most likely the car was purchased in large part due to the warranty. Now that the warranty has proven very valuable, the buyer is dissatisfied.? I would hope not to have to use my warranty, but I feel better knowing that it will be honored if a problem occurs. So far I am pleased with my pruchase, and hope to feel confident in its value for years to come. I wonder how many Camcords get new engines or trannies for free after 40,000 miles .

I had a 2003 Tundra w/ 43000 miles need a new tranny. Dealer replaced under powertrain warranty. Point being that Toyotas also can have a major failure and they will stand behind their warranty.

I guess I was lucky or they just wanted to handle as quietly as possible considering all the bad press they've been getting for quality recalls and such.
