ok, I just got this thing and some items that I need to fix are the following:

1. Passenger side door is stuck and can not open from outside or inside.
How can I get this open?

2. The Drivers seat, the metal bar the holds the front on, the welds are broken and it is just laying there.
How can I fix this? re-weld? or Buy and used seat?

3. The steering wheel moves all over the place. The seller said that there are three bolts for the tilt steering that will occasionally come loose.
Is all that I have to do is pull the wheel to get to these bolts?

Thanks you any and all suggestions.

It takes a couple of special tools to deal with that column, there are lots of little pieces and it is very complicated assembly. Suggest you get another intact column from junk yard and swap the whol;e thing or have an experienced guy with you to assist when you tear into the column.
