When buying a new Rav4 do you automatically get "roadside assistance "with your purchase? Is it extra ? If you get it ,how long is it good for ??

I burned some songs on MP3's and put the disc in my 06 Rav4 but it doesnt play .It wont play in my other vehicle with aftermarket cd/mp3 ,but works good in my computer.Any ideas what went wrong?? Neil
