My car is still leaking and has been sitting parked for 2 months the smell is so bad it is unbearable. As of last week Buick offered us a settlement on our car and of course we are going to accept it we will close out this Tuesday. As for it only being a small amount of cars with the problem I do not believe this, it has to rain heavily and be stationary for most of the water to enter car, I have a friend with a 2009 who is experiencing the same thing. I am not knocking the car it is a great design and product I just with GM would resolve this issue and admit they have a HUGE problem. I will always be a GM fan and my dealership couldn't have been nicer and more helpful throughout this whole ordele.

To date there have been no reports about any leak problems with the 2009.
Can you get your "friends" VIN who has a 2009 model?

Today my 2008 Enclave CXL is basically being gutted - seats, carpeting and headliner all being removed as the last rain storm revealed more moisture throughout the vehicle. I thought the guys at the now defunct Capitol Buick in San Jose had fixed the car, but now it's at Moore in Los Gatos. Good luck guys!
