Unhappy with the 2008 Envoy options

Who ever set the option packages for the 2008 Envoy should have their head examined. I had a 03 SLE and it ran great. Among the options I had included the load leveling suspension and power passenger seat. The suspension was great when hauling building materials, car parts, etc. Unfortunately, the 03 was hit and totaled. In checking out the 08’s I find the load leveling suspension is only available on the top of the line Denali! WHAT??? I guess GMC figures only the big shot Denali drivers deserve "Professional Grade" equipment. And what’s with the passenger power seat option? If you want it you have to upgrade to leather. Here’s a thought-maybe the people buy the cloth interior because they DON’T want leather. GMC, however, does offer a wide selection of interior colors-black and gray-hmmmm, decisions, decisions. This is somewhat offset by the beautiful chrome body side molding. (I swear I saw this stuff on sale at the local auto parts store). Did anyone think that when this molding is hit by other vehicles doors, the chips, dents, and dings will standout like a sore thumb? The competition is looking better and better.
