I had an auto accident on September 15th. The car needed extesive front end work. The bump shop had trouble getting the right parts from Mazda and on a couple of occasions had the wrong part shipped. It took nearly 6 weeks to get the collision work done but that was only the start of my parts problems. Once the collision work was done they needed to fix the air bq system. The bump shop sent the car to a local Mazda dealer to get the work done. It needed a new under seat sensor. Mazda did not have the sensor anywhere in the the United States and it took another 6 weeks for the part to come in and for the car to be released back to us. It took over 3 months for the car to be repared and 75% of that time was waiting for parts from Mazda. Has anyone else had a similar experience? |

hello everyone,i owne a 06 mazda5 touring. i love the car,but it seems to be very hard to find parts for.i recently hit a racoon while driving at 45 miles per hr. it busted a large piece of the lower grille out. i cant seem to find a replacement anywhere! it also tore the wires out of the abs sensor.ive tried pushing them back in but it does nothing.this has also caused the cruise to not work. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
