Was wondering if anyone has added any useful or pleasing modifications to their 04-08 Endeavor and what their experience was? Also, has anyone done a navigation/full screen MP3/CD/DVD/Bluetooth custom screen addition to their center console - which required them to custom cut a double-din square in their console, remove their CD and install the navigation/music screen?
