I have a question regarding 2003 coupe 5 speed manual transmission: To start car you must engage clutch. Sometimes on my car the starter motor seems to get "stuck" , as if I kept ignition key in start position too long. Has anyone experienced this? Can a weak battery be responsible ? Thanks

I have a 1999 Chevy S-10, Quick Shift 5-Speed. I have been having issues with my truck. It has been losing oil. But when I underneath, there was oil everywhere. The cap over the transmission "drain?" is gone. Please, Someone help. thanks, "truckdumb" P.S. I have a picture to show what i'm talking about.
