2009 Nissan GT-R vs. 2008 Porsche 911 Turbo - Balance and body control of the GT-R are extraordinary through faster, bumpy bends that will have the 911 unsettled enough to make the driver lose confidence. I had a number of heart-in-mouth moments in the Turbo trying to keep up with the GT-R, even with the Porsche's suspension set to its harder Sport setting. (more)

The NISMO GT-R, Nissan's crown jewel - they can't afford to take it to the 'Ring? Based on all 'Ring press releases in the past for the GT-R, the "budgetary constraints" reason seems disingenuous at best. I guess Nissan won't be able to afford to take the stock GT-R back out to prove Porsche wrong either.

Makes very little sense when the V-spec is making its debut this month. Plus, the V-spec is (according to Mr. GT-R) 5-10% better than the NISMO. The NISMO's 3 package levels will all just fall somewhere below the V-spec time.
