My granddaugher has a 1996 Buick Regal GS with 16" wheels. Two of these wheels are bent. While searching around town for these wheels I was told that these wheels have an "offset" (I believe that's the term). I cannot locate these wheels. I have googled and called tire and wheel dealers with no luck. Are these wheels special?? Or will any old 16" wheel fit? I need some advice.
