This was not a great problem. I went to two dealers 1
in Costa mesa said the cabin filter for Buick Park Ultra 99
was 82.00 ,the buick dealer in Anaheim CA wanted 25.00
The Auto parts store boys wanted 40.00 but matched the
25.00 . Inside the package was install diagram and it was
easy. There is a white door at the firewall three inches
from the gas pedal. You pull on little door then you see a
plastic tab pull it out comes the first filter original has metal
mesh replacement does not the filter body has angle knotches
so it can bend to clear the top of the gas pedal and a plastic
screw body. The filter on top of the first slips down and pulls
out. The third one the same alot of dust and ditrus comes
out. Get the shop vac and clean the opening get the crevice
tool clean it good. The new one slides in push it up ,then
put the next one it, then the last, Close the little door after
cleaning it ,I broke the bottom of the door so I took some duct tape and seal it great. Took about 30 minutes. I did use
a length of clothes hanger wire about 8" with an "L" shape
to catch the old filter and pull it out the plastic tab broke.

Super Charger Pulley sized by ggeeoo

So I finished the Cabin Filter and installed the air filter in the engine. While I had
the shop vac out I decided to vac the interior and the trunk and lifted the bonnet
and another project the belt had come off the supercharger because the tesioner
pully bearing sized and the plastic ABS pulley sheared off the bearing. It looks like a tork bolt holds it on any one ideas. Also a cut the belt off for fear of more problems
leaving it on. Anyone have tips on the replacement of the supercharger serpentine
belt? This is a 1999 Buick Park Ultra sedan

I took it to the "Boys" because it turned out to be three wobbly pulley wheels not
one and while I was at it replaced the main serpentine belt and a wobbly pulley
wheels. Oddly though I got better gas mileage when the supercharger was not
attached by belt...Buy I have the power back. Buick Park Ultra 1999 the total
cost labor and parts 475.00
