Ok here is the deal. I purchased a 1999 Chevy Atro van. I bought a trailer hitch for this vehicle. Now I took of the old brackets and was in the process of installing the trailer hitch when i ran into a snag. Where the frame is, there are brackets with nuts attached so that you can bolt the trailer hitch to the frame. However they are rusted and the bolts that came with the trailer hitch will not even begin to catch, actually it looks like the bolts are to big for the hole. So what do you suggest I do. See attached picture to see what I am talking about
