not sure where you live... but here in NYC... its 50 cents per 10 minutes for the parking meter... and if you're lucky...the spot is 5 blocks from your destination...if you're lucky!!! it takes me 5 minutes just to walk down one block... and don't bother asking for change in NYC... which means you'll have to carry at least a roll of quarters each time you go out... i rather pay extra for a coin holder...

plus how many times have you found the perfect meter spot... search your pockets just to find no quarters...

Just wondering if someone could post who the tire manufacturer is for the 20" tires on the LE. I searched, Tire Rack, Goodyear, and Yokohama and could not locate anyone who sells p235/55r/20.

I can find a Bridgestone Dueler H/L Alenza at Tire Rack. Size is 255/55HR20 and it flops up in an '09 Murano LE search when I select a custom size.

But that's all that flops up. No idea who the OEM manufacturer is.

I just bought my new 09 Murano last weekend (SL, FWD model),,,I bought a cable to plug into the auxillary jacks that allow me to play my Ipod,,,I got the cables at the Apple store, made by Monster, ICable. These jacks are for hooking your Ipod to a stereo. Now this simply allows you to hear your Ipod songs through the car stereo,,nothing comes up on the video screen for you to pick songs, etc. You have to do that on your Ipod. After you plug in your Ipod, hit the Aux button on the radio and you should be able to hear your I pod. Not as great as the Ipod hookup on the LE, but it works.

I'm just playing with you.

I'm here in Atlanta. I rarely use change except for the occasional parking meter and toll road run.

I wish I could help you find that elusive coin holder, but unfortunately, I don't sell Nissans anymore.

yes, bought my new 09 Murano last weekend. I went to the Apple store and bought a Monster ICable for hookup of Ipods to your Stereo. These cables will hook into the Auxillary jacks in the Murano. This will allow your ipod music to be heard through the car stereo (aux channel). You cannot however see the songs on the monitor or pick songs, etc. All that has to be done from your ipod. But at least you can hear the music...Hope that helps.

09 Murano SL vs. LE by buzzhd

Here are the differences between SL AWD with Tech, Leather and Premium Package and LE. The price is just little over $2000:

20" Wheel & P235/55R20 all-season tires
Integrated Interface System for iPod
Memory system-driver's seats, steering wheel and outside mirrors
Heated rear seats
Wood-tone trim

so here is the question: Is it worth to pay extra $2000 for getting LE?

Two more LE exclusives (somewhat related to the memory seats):
 - Power tilt and telescoping steering wheel
 - Automatic entry/exit system (i.e. seat moves back and steering wheel moves up)

Also, the LE roof rails are silver (as opposed to black).

Is this worth $2K? If I were to purchase a Murano, I would go with the LE. Why? The 20" wheels, to me, make a huge difference in the Murano's appearance. Although 18" wheels are nothing to sneeze at (I remember when 16" was huge), the availability of a 20" factory rim makes anything else look small.

If I were spending $35K+, might as well get the best with no regrets.

MURANO SPARE WHEEL by rrosell

Has anyone bothered to look at the spare tire and wheel? It is of the donut type and the sub woofer for the audio system is mounted on top of the spare under the cover. I checked it out and the sales people were amazed as well.

saw 1 review mentioning 20" wheel causes bit of road noise along with unpopular size of the tire. Is that true? Or just one sided view... I just wonder. Of course I agree with you the look with 20" is tremendous.
