I just got my 09 SL AWD this past wkend. The car is awesome. However, I look and the dealer looked all over for a coin holder... and found nothing.

Anyone have an idea or solution to put your coins in the car?

Thanks.

Nissan probably figures that everyone has an EZ pass for toll roads and lots of parking meters take credit cards now. My '99 Nissan doesn't have a coin holder. My '97 Subaru does, but it's usually empty (or rattling).

Maybe you could buy a roll of quarters and stash them in a cubby or glove box?

Take your right hand, insert it into your right pant pocket. Drop coins. Remove hand.

Yes, that would be the upgraded coin holder. No sense in paying extra for that, right?

Suing IS extreme. However, the dealership should help out here as well. The customer was promised something and it wasn't delivered.

not sure where you live... but here in NYC... its 50 cents per 10 minutes for the parking meter... and if you're lucky...the spot is 5 blocks from your destination...if you're lucky!!! it takes me 5 minutes just to walk down one block... and don't bother asking for change in NYC... which means you'll have to carry at least a roll of quarters each time you go out... i rather pay extra for a coin holder...

plus how many times have you found the perfect meter spot... search your pockets just to find no quarters...
