2004 Explorer Climate Controls

Replying to: gtfd8896 (Nov 13, 2007 5:22 am) I have the same problem. I just got the car, so I don't know. In other cars I had, it's been a loose vacum hose. I don't know if it's the same for an explorer.

Replying to: gtfd8896 (Nov 13, 2007 5:22 am) My dealer said it was a broken plastic control rod that moves the vents. It's a take off the dash to fix type repair.

i have a 2004 ford explorer that is making a clicking noise under the dash. dealer said it was the actuator motor. any help on trying to fix this is greatly appreciated!
