I got quoted for $700 a month with 2K down 48 mos lease on a fully-loaded A5 at Commonwealth Audi in Santa Ana, CA - this is the best deal I can find. I didn't take the deal because $700 is still too steep for a car payment. But for any of you out there wanting this deal, just make sure you drive a hard bargain and show up like 30 mins before they close at any dealership. They didn't tell me what is the residual value but I was only interested in the monthly payment and were adamant about 36 mos 15K only |

| Audi 2009 Q5 SUV. Sale price $40K with prem plus pkg, 10k mileage, 36 month lease with 0.0078 money factor. 48% residual. Houston dealer | |
| Anyone have recent experience (other than Commonwealth example above) with leasing an A5 in California? | |
Hi there, I recently stopped by at a local SoCal Audi dealer and TD the A5. I did not get into many specifics (e.g. residual, money factors, etc.) but was quoted a bulk estimate of $1,200/month for a 24 month lease with zero down on a $50-52K Audi A5. The dealer was willing to get in touch with me later on as my 5 Series lease only expires in August. The A5 is a very nice car, but not as fast as I expected it.

I built an A5 on the Audi website with the options I wanted (no nav) for $43k. Can't find one around here for less than $47k. Those lease payments are ridiculous. I guess I'll go get a loaded G37 with 330hp for $10k less. |

I checked Audi's website yesterday(as I often do) for special offers. Came across a FANTASTIC deal for the A5. It was a South Florida regional offer. It was titled: No Payments at Signing on 2009 Audi A5. $0 Down Payment $0 Security Deposit $625 Acquisition Fee $0 First Month's Payment $499/ month MSRP of $47405. Offer was good until 7/6/2009. Sounds INCREDIBLE, right?! Well, I went back to the site to check the details this morning and it had changed overnight!! I'm furious. Now it's changed to this: 2009 Audi A5 $699* lease per month for 36 months Now through July 6, 2009 Down payment: $999 Refundable security deposit: $0 Acquisition fee: $625 First month's payment: $699 Amount due at lease inception: $1,624 Excludes taxes, title and dealer fees *36-mo. closed-end lease offered to qualified customers by Audi Financial Services through participating dealers. Must take delivery by 7/6/2009. Rate based on $47,405 MSRP of a 2009 Audi A5 3.2 quattro Premium with Ipod Music Interface, Leather and Navigation (includes destination charge). Purchase option at lease end for $24,650. I'm pissed. |

Car_man or anyone else, Do you know the residual, MF etc on the current lease program for the A5? Thanks!

This quote is the best one I've seen (I've seen similar quotes but the cars didn't come with much of the extras not included in a premium package), but wanted to be sure: Based on $1,000 above invoice, which is $44, 683. 49% residual 36 month lease $2,100 down 15k mileage allowance $823 a month, Audi makes first payment Car includes: premium package , with 19 inch wheels, navigation, and B&O sound system. Thanks! |

Replying to: ja54 (May 13, 2009 6:04 pm) You never mentioned how long you want to lease for or what mileage allowance you need, so I had to make some assumptions. Let me know if you want something different. Audi is currently providing $750 loyalty cash on leases of this car and it is waiving the first month's payment on leases of it for all customers.
