Hi everyone. I've always used this forum when getting new cars so I thought I'd post what I just leased for informational / comparison purposes. Hopefully this will help someone else out.

Selling price: $45,240
+Audi care ($800)
Gross cap cost: $46,040
Adjusted cap cost: $45,214

42 month lease at 12,000 miles per year

This is my 3rd Audi from Rusnak in Pasadena, CA. I am pretty satisfied with my deal and the overall experience was actually very painless (similar to when I got my other 2 previous Audis from here) and faster than I expected and experienced in the past. Also test drove an S5 while we were waiting around and was able to take it on the freeway which was nice. Hit 100 mph without a peep from the salesperson.
#545 of 720 S5 Coupe Lease Rates for November?

Hey Car_Man,
can you post the residual, MF and any November incentives available on the S5 for 36 months 15K. My 335 lease is up and it's time!
Also, what's a good price for Audi care? I believe it raises the residual 1%.
Thanks!
#546 of 720 A5 lease calculation discrepancy

Hi all,
I'm struggling and not sure what I'm missing...I have what I think is a good offer on a 2012 A5 Premium plus lease with Sport package, wood inlays and audi care in meteor grey.
MSRP including destination is $44,900
Cap cost is $43,170 or about $500 over invoice, which i think is a good deal.
Up front about $2K for inception fees.
Tax = 7%
MF = .00179
42 months
12K miles per year
Residual = .54 (includes extra .01 for audi care)
When i use my own Excel calculations or any number of online calculators i get a monthly payment of $611 including tax.
The audi dealer is reading off all the same numbers but coming in at $643/mo using the Audi screens at the dealership.
Car is under $45K so no lux tax and he verified this. I can't think of anything else that could be causing the difference.
Any ideas?
Thanks for the help!

I get $571 + tax..
So... the CAP cost is either higher (with something added in), or the money factor and residuals aren't accurate..
Don't assume the CAP cost based on what you know the selling price to be.... ask him to give you the exact numbers and what's included... I'm guessing there is something extra there..

Here you go ibslates. Audi Financial Services' November buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 S5 Coupe Premium Plus with 15,000 miles per year are .00146 and 58%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

#551 of 720 A5 convertible MF and residual
by bzcat

Hi carman,
I'm looking to order a 2012 A5 Conv quattro. Can you provide the MF and residual for this particular model assuming 10k mile and 36 months?
Also, would you have any inside info on when 2013 A5 supposed to arrive? Several local dealers I spoke to have said that 2012 may be difficult to order now because Audi is going to switch to 2013 model early in calendar year 2012.

From a Miami dealership, I was told Fall of 2012, though he did say "fall" is a wide window.

Hi bzcat. Audi Financial Services' November buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 A5 Convertible Premium quattro with 10,000 miles per year are .00138 and 57%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
I know that A5 is being redesigned for 2013, but I haven't heard anything about when the new model will begin to arrive at dealers.
