I'm considering the purchase of a hybrid vehicle. However, i'm concerned about any health risks to my dog. Since my dog will be riding in the rear cargo area where the hybrid batteries are located, are there any potential harmful effects? I have not heard of any issues with this.   If it can affect your canine in the cargo area, it can affect the other passengers as well.
