Keep the one you like the best . If you like them equally, I would probably recommend the Saturn because it is newer, has lower miles, is less succeptible to body rust, and probably is more fuel efficient. On the downside, the Saturn probably will use more oil..

I'd probably stick with the Saturn, especially considering that gas will probably never get below $2.90 again any time soon.
 
You'll want to keep an eye on the oil in the Saturn, but adding a quart of oil here and there beats the infamous intake manifold gasket jobs that tend to go with owning a V6 Grand Am (which I presume the SE2 to be).
