Your sales guy is full of it. Get another salesman or go to another dealership.

I say "No" as well.
If the road is crowned and you are on the right half of it, it will slowly drift downhill, i.e. to the right.
On a flat road it should track straight. Mine does.
I had an Accord rental car that had that tendency and it was quite annoying. My Sienna thankfully does not do that.

I emailed toyota corp. and they confirmed what we all thought. The alignment is off and needs to be fixed. It was just bs.
