I personally opted for the RS4 cabrio. Unless one is prepared to wait for the cabrio versions of the S5 or S6, the RS4 is the only available choice for now. My car is expected to arrive in the next 4 weeks. Only 300 or so will be available anyway. I already drove the sedan and felt in love with it. Cannot wait for the cabrio

I know that the Audi Club driving school in Germany uses RS4 Avants to lead the trainees around the Hockenheim Ring.
However, the S5 benefits from the new improved B8 platform. The A4 models won't be built on this new platform until next year.

I took deliver of 2008 RS4 cabriolet. It has vastly exceeded my already high expectations
