The problem I see with Best Buy is that there is no sure way to know whether or not this will work. I'm sure that their "techies" are not aware of this problem with our make & model, so they will not know if it will solve our problem or not. I'm leaning towards doing this anyway and hoping it works. I like $200 a lot better than $1200.

I tried calling the company from the link I posted but they are doing inventory today and nobody is there to answer the phone. I would think that they would be able to give us an honest answer.
