Replying to: kdooley (Feb 09, 2009 2:40 pm) My VIN# wasn't part of the recall as well. I called the consumer affairs office in Tennesse to complain and it went nowhere. Infiniti's customer service sucks incredibly. They told me replacing the radio will fix the problem but I'm a little hesitant in paying $550 to change the radio and the problem starts again. They said that they would take my radio and give me a brand new one. Without the exchange its going to cost $1200.

IM thinking about installing a aftermarket in dash dvd and gps in my G35......has any done this before and if so how did it work out?
