People have GOT to learn to simply ignore the trolls and troublemakers. When totally ignored, they ALWAYS go away!
Also the "funny" inane posts need to at least be toned down too or these forums will continue to be shut down...speaking as a non-host, I know.

Well we got the refund! I stayed firm with the guy in finance who "insisted" I was making a big mistake by asking them to remove the additional alarm...but in the end he conceded and gave me a full refund of 354.00 including tax. He finally gave in when he told me that the additional alarm system has a starter disable (the Odyssey just has ignition immobilizer) and that if I had seen the movie "Gone in 60 seconds" I would realize how valuable this is....I looked at him straight in the eye and said "I'm pretty sure in the movie...the Honda Odyssey Minivan was not one of the real sexy hot cars sought after--you hardly see someone wanting to tear down the freeway in one of those". My husband looked incredulous as I made the comment realizing how bold this car buying business has made me. So to anyone else wanting refunds...legally you have every right to cancel as it is an "dealer accessory".
