Replying to: socalfem (Oct 08, 2007 5:23 pm) CNG is a specialty car. Very good for commuting where you have access to CNG. The tank is large and takes up most of the trunk. It would not be practical for a vacation as it has about 250 mile range. If you are not a freeway commuter that needs HOV access with one person, the hybrid Civic is a better option. I bought my hch in dec 2007 witht he hopes of getting the $2100 fed tax credit. My wife and I did not make enough and so did not qualify. You need to be in a $50-$80K tax bracket owing money to get it, jsut clarifying the issue a little
