Can anyone suggest a midsize truck that will hold 3 car seats?

You mean baby seats or complete car seat assemblies?
If car seat assemblies, bench or bucket?

Sorry. I have 3 children all under the age of 4. I'm looking for a truck that will hold all 3 of their car seats.

I'd say your best bet is probably a crew cab Tacoma or Frontier, if you talking about midsizers.

I have put three in a Honda Ridgeline. I think its your best bet in that its back seat is the widest in the mid size group. Also, it and the Tacoma are the only ones with head restraint in the middle, something to consider when the kids grow out of their car seats.
