I'm sure this is a blonde question, but my insurance company is asking if my '07 X3 is 4-wheel drive. Because it's not an off-road vehicle, I'm inclined to say no. Is it or not?

| I got up this morning to lots of snow and my 4 wheel drive is not working. I have the TOD system and when I push my auto button it doesn't engage. the light flashes and after about a 1/2 mile the red check light comes on. I had the oil changed today and had the guys check all my differential fluids and everything they could get to and everything is up to par so I don't know where to go from here. What do I check next? Is there maybe a sensor or something i can have checked? I am always very very picky about our trooper we always have things checked and it looks and runs like new and this is the only problem we have ever had, and in our area it is very hard to find someone to work on isuzu troopers, so any help would be great! I don't know who's car that is by my message but it ain't mine!! | |
