Well that sucks to hear. You did say that you bought your jag from Jaguar of Scottsdale?? Both Jag stores in the Valley are owned by Penske so there is no competition. Ive only seen handful of XFs in Scottsdale and notice on North Scottsdale Jags website that INVENTORY is high and they are not moving them.

Yes. Bought from North Scottsdale. The inventory online did not come close to what I was able to pick from on the second go around. My feeling was they were all parked in service until I left. lol By the way I did call Penske home office to complain about the first one.

Sorry to be a Johnny come lately, but what types of problems were you having that led to the return and subsequent buyout of your first XF? I'm about 3 weeks in to mine and from the sounds of some these messages the worse is yet to come.

Here you go pjpell,
Between the two this is the list in order:
1. defect in windshield - replace
2. trim around rear view mirror - fix
3. engine malfunction light - fix after 500 mile test drive by dealer - WOW
4. sound pack for turn signal/seat belts - new part - fix
5. engine malfunction light - fix
6. drivers door will not latch all the time
7. wind noise drivers side
8. engine malfunction light - dealer buy out
9. very obvious wind noise driver side
10. fit/finish of center console - cupholder cover not aligned and "dent" near emergency brake release
Good luck to all who purchase an XF.

Sorry you experienced all those problems.I have my XF for about 1 week now + only problem is some front end creaking noises when the vehicle is travelling at speeds below 25 miles per hour. Nothing else. Anyone have any thoughts on what is causing the creaking sounds - maybe a suspension problem?

I had excessive squeaking in my XF after 2000 miles. I took it to the dealer and after 10 minutes he lubricated around the sunroof I believe and most of it was gone. However after a couple of weeks I hear a squeak whenever it turns in to a driveway on an uneven surface. No other car I have had has ever made such a racket. I took it to the dealer and they are replacing the seals I believe. I am hoping for the best but will not live with this noise especially when i get in some friends Camry that is deathly quiet. I love the car otherwise but very disappointed that a car this expensive would have such squeaks

I use both an iPhone and my iPod. I leave my iPod connected all the time thru the MP3 port and use bluetooth wireless connection for the iPhone. No issues.

Hi,
I am trying to decide what phone to buy for the blue tooth on the XF.
Is anyone using the LG instinct with sprint. Is it fully compatible.
Also can you use the i phone as a mp3 player and as a phone in the car?
Thanks.
