Full Test: 2008 Honda Accord EX V6 - At the test track, the new Accord hit 60 mph in 7.1 seconds and ran the quarter-mile in 15.5 seconds at 91.8 mph. That's a solid improvement over the Accord in our last V6 Family Sedan Comparison Test, but it's still well behind the Camry V6 that whomped to 60 in just 6.5 seconds and scorched the quarter in 14.6 seconds at 97.3 mph. Here http://blogs.edmunds.com/roadtests/!cat=2008HondaAccordEX-LV6 While they did say the VCM was noticeable (about as much as the VCM Tahoe they had), it didn't seem to bother them too much. The testers seem to all like the car a lot (more than the Altima).

HI Guys I was wondering if anyone had any info on the 0-60 time on a 2008 Accord Coupe with Auto Transmission. I've been searching around the net and I've been only get times for the 6 speed manual and the V6 sedan in automatic. Any info would help. Thanks. Replying to: triad8791 (Jun 26, 2008 11:13 am) With only 30 lbs difference, and no real powertrain differences, you can use the numbers for the sedan accurately for the coupe. 6.5-6.6 seconds approximately. Replying to: carzzz (Nov 28, 2008 6:15 am) Considering the 4-cyl models were tested by Edmunds in the low 9s (similar to the Malibu and Camry), I wouldn't say THAT, but it certainly isn't representative of a car with the most horsepower in the class (271).
