I guess it must be aftermarket, but I saw a CRV on the lot with bluetooth in it. It was a button with a picture of a phone on it, just to the left of the steering wheel. Just a fyi.

I am very interested in buying a 2008 Honda CR-V towards the end of this year (by 12/31). I am torn between the 2 wheel and 4 wheel drive version. Obviously, I get better gas milage with the 2 wheel drive CR-V. I would appreciate feedback from you folks that currently own the 2008 CR-V and your recommendations and viewpoints. Thanks in advance for your help on this topic!

The mileage difference is small imo, the differential oil will needed changing, and of course the 4-wheel version costs more. But . . . if you occasionally drive in nasty weather, the extra traction is well-worth the modest extra cost.

#21 of 36 When will the 2008 CRV be in US showrooms? by axsom

Don't know if you have gotten info from another source on this yet, but I'm in Bloomington, IN and our Honda dealer is showing an '08 in their inventory on the website - Black Nighthawk Pearl. They must have it on the lot or they most likely wouldn't have listed the color.

I know the cr-v is supposed to be made in Ohio and Japan, But all the cr-v's I looked on here in California were made in Japan. I wonder if it is possible to order one made in the states?

Don't know the validity, but the salesman this week told me that the ones made in Japan came here, and the ones made in Ohio go to the UK. Doesn't make sense to me, but that's what he claimed.

Dude this is a no braner
Let me tell you, I own a CRV-LX 2007 with AWD, it is a HELL OF A CAR!
the AWD rips thru snow, rain and whatever else you find on the road.
the AWD option is AWESOME, get it you will not regret it.
Think of the SAFETY factor, when you add it at the pump it pays.

#26 of 36 Honda CRV 2008 tire inflation indicator by mtwalit

Feb 04, 2008 (8:36 am)

So I've had the car for less than 2 months and I've had to put air in the tires 4 times. The indicator light comes on and sure enough, the tire pressure in all 4 tires (cold) is 29. It is VERY annoying. The dealer said that the light "is very sensitive" but why do the tires not keep inflated longer (I do not drive much ) . I drove my other car for ten years and I can't remember inflating the tire pressure more than very occasionally. Perhaps not a good thing but geesh, this is ridiculous. So is it just my car or are others having the same problem?
