can anyone tell me if the time formatfor the clock can be changed from a 24hr
time format to a 12hr time format? No
where in the manual does it explain how
to change. It surprises me that this would
be the only option for a vehicle in this
price range.

My 2005 displays in the 12hr format so that tells me it is possible but I do not know how. Try calling your local dealer.
