I hadn't heard about a racing network, but I wouldn't be surprised if someone thinks they can make it work. The problem is going to be placement within the cable company packages. An example right now is the fledging Big Ten Network. They're stuck in place because the cable companies don't agree that the network belongs as part of the exanded basic cable packages.
