Tell them this is a life threatening situation and demand to have a engineer look at the vehicle. I would also tell them the dealer did not want to help you.    It took me 3 engineers, and 7 repairs to find out the hydraulic control unit on my 07 was bad and causing the pulling.   Also, take video of the car pulling.
