Replying to: steve_ (Jul 31, 2007 5:50 pm) couldn't agree more - i travel for a living (note clothes rail across rear seats) and the number of possible projectiles in the vehicle is always a concern. the rails have a light load rating anyway, but it's a great space to put hats, blankets, pillows etc. hopefully the rack would even help to keep the heavy stuff below it from beating me to death in a rollover... best partition is a metal grid, but i do have some fishing net i used for my Subaru that's too small for the Outie with a hoop across the headliner & grabhandles and the headrests as an anchor, it was effective and cheap

I will post some pictures over the weekend, when we will be done with the snow. The fairing is a must, a lot of wind noise above 40mph without it, plus it looks good"
