I recently purchased my XLS and I have the wind rattle in the driver side rear view mirror, I plan to have this fixed at my next service but I wondered if there was a place to read/print these TSB's. I haven't noticed anyone listing the sites where this is located, it may be obvious, but I just wondered if you could point me in the right direction. I would like to take it with me to my next service. Thanks.

This is an excerpt form the TSB. The dealer should be able to locate it in their computer system.

On the same thread there are pictures on how to do it yourself. From my experience, it's better than what my dealer did. They don't use any special foam as I originally thought. I bought a roll of 1/8" weather stripping neoprene foam from Home Depot (less than $5 CAD) and I did it myself in less than 15 minutes.

I just had my dealer fix it and the problem's solved. When I brought it in he said he never heard of the problem and no one had complained.
 
He quickly found the TSB in the computer and it was fixed in no time.
