We had to replace the "Brake Servo", known as the Power Brake Booster that we purchased at O'Reilly's auto parts. We paid about $90, but got $40 back when we brought them our old power brake booster as a trade-in.
 
Our mechanic friend charged us very very little in comparison to the $90-per-hour that some shops charge. It took him about 1-hour and he didn't have to replace the master cylinder or bleed the brakes....Good luck...
