I4 in snow by arnp99

Hello,
I live in the midwest and we have had more snow than usual this winter. I have a 2002 V6 EX-L and a 2007 I4 EX-L. The V6 is SO much better in the snow I don't even want to drive the I4. I have a sloping driveway that is about 150 feet and if there's 6" of snow it's questionable. I remember in '93 I bought a new Accord and quickly traded it for similar reasons only to have a neighbor tell me I should have switched the tires. Is a similar solution reasonable here or is the traction control that much better?
Thanks

Hey guys i use shell and what i am wondering is this with honda"s is it best to put injector cleaner in the tank seeing that its low emission vehicle?? This engine limiter is a pain what makes it worst im in stop and go And i am burning gas. With that being said what"s the cause if you are burning more gas than regular besides tires pressure i got like 10000 miles i use synthetic so if it is ok to use injector cleaner which one?? thanks.07 by the way 6 cynlinders

The traction control will help only at low speeds when starting off (wheelspin, not skidding); it won't help you steer or maintain control of your car once underway.

I usually add 2-3 lbs to each tire. Others here add more, some do less.

V6 timing belt interval by grampy1

Does anyone know why Honda says to change the timing belt at 60k
in the 07 Accords? I read that other years ,and models are recommended at 90-120k.
Seems like kind of expensive service every 60k miles to me.

Thoughts?

Honda recommends changing the timing belt at 60k miles (V6 models), only under extreme conditions (over 120 degrees f, or under -20 degrees f). Do you regularly drive under these conditions? If not, the interval is 105k miles. I don't think anyone on this planet regularly lives under these conditions.

Good point on "severe" conditions.
I live in the Northeast where summer temps get to 90 degs. fairly regularly, and 20 deg. winters (5 mos,) are not uncommon.

Factory Stereo by sicilian09

So is it true that the 07 honda accord ex-l sedan doesn't have a amp for the stereo. I'm trying to hook up my subs to my factory stereo but i noticed that the stereo doesn't have rca outputs. I was wondering if i might need to use a converter to change my stereo outputs to the rca outputs to be able to finishing hooking up the speakers?
