Is this a good deal for 09 Mazda6 i Touring auto by brerjeff

I live in Orlando, dealer here has offered this:

Invoice of $21,565 minus a $2500 rebate for a price of $19,065 for a 2009 Mazda6 i Touring (auto).

Autobrag shows that as being below the lowest price so it seems like a good deal.

Thank you in advance - brerjeff

In Florida, dealers routinely charge a $700 "Dealer Fee" on top of all the other charges. If you can get that price without a dealer fee, I think that is an excellent price. With the full dealer fee, not so much. Especially if he is selling it out of his inventory. 2010s have started to arrive , so maybe he could give you a break.

2001 Mazda 626 LX Automatic by mazda6dude

Don't know if I can post this here but didn't see a forum for it in the Mazda 626 forums. A friend of mine bought a 2001 626 LX automatic with 93,833 miles for $5500 out the door. Price was $4930 plus TTL. The dealer had put new tires, new windshield and few other new parts on the car. Its has a 2.0 liter engine. Moonroof, power seats, alloys. Feedback would be appreciated.

KBB has that car in my area (Twin Cities) at about $5300 retail, if in excellent condition. So if the car is in fact in excellent condition (which means "looks great, is in excellent mechanical condition and needs no reconditioning. It should pass a smog inspection. The engine compartment should be clean, with no fluid leaks. The paint is glossy and the body and interior are free of any wear or visible defects. There is no rust. The tires are the proper size and match and are new or nearly new. A clean title history is assumed. This is an exceptional vehicle.") the deal seems to be in the ballpark. In my experience, the prices on KBB run a little higher than real world. Also they tend to vary by location. (Note the private party KBB value for Good condition is about $3500.)

Anyway, the best time to ask for feedback on a deal is before it's closed. Otherwise, it's done, so enjoy the car.

LOL. I always love the people who buy a car , drive it home, put a few hundred miles on it, and then ask if they got a good deal? I guess they are just trying to make themselves miserable.

I just bought a 2009 Mazda6 S Touring with convenience package and bose/moonroof plus the homelink mirror for $23,960 (MSRP 29,300). I used Associated Credit Union of Georgia and got my financing at 3.9% for 48 months. I took a lot of negotiating, but it can be done!

So I got an 09 Mazda I Grand Touring w/Bose and Nav for $23,800 (after $1000 rebates). The fees (dealer doc and tags) totaled to be $554. I'm curious what others are paying for the car with the same trim and options.

I bought a 2010 Mazda 6 i Touring in last weekend for $18,995 + $599 dealer fee. I couldn't find a 2009 for that price so I feel like it was a good deal.

Bay Area mazda dealers are offering $7,000 MSRP on the remaining 2009 Mazda6 inventory as their Labor Day Sale price. Is this a good price or is it worth waiting?
