| i purchased my black g37 fresh off the boat in sept. and now have 27,600 miles on the original tires. this is much longer than i had expected the tires to last on the rough asphalt of rural tennessee.i get the oil changed at the dealership every 6 weeks. tire tread is now at 4 mm, road noise is getting to be a problem however. i have two questions for the group: 1) should i replace tires now because of noise and 2) anyone have more miles than this ? Hey guys, I got black G37 few months back... met with small incident . ended up to replace with a new fender. Does replacing fender involve paint job? Is it factory paint or custom paint? Can't I get fender with color from factory? -Jam |

Hi my name is Steven, I have a 2008 g37 Coupe, awesome car, but the gas mileage sucks. Now I know that gas prices are high, no, CRAZY!!! I just wish that it did better than 16-mpg. When I hit the "Status Button" that's what it said. I know its got a big engine, with alot of horsepower, but give me a least 20-mpg. This thing is costing me about $75.00 to fill up. For a Japaneese car it should do a little better, otherwise the car is cool, and I do love the sound of the engine and the duel exaust. I get alot of compliments, other people also seem to like it. Are any other owners experiencing such fantastic gas mileage, please let me know. Thanks. -Steven

Unless you are driving it at or near its full potential, I don't know why your mileage is so poor. Maybe the retailer's service department can give it a once over and find something for you. My g37 ipod adapter is not charging my new 3g iphone, it used to charge last years' iphone. Anybody with similar problem and how do i solve it?, external car charger will not do,since it beats the purpose of the intregrated ipod system.
