During a driving rain storm (of course, when else would this happen!) the driver side wiper arm stopped moving. Upon inspection, it seems to be stripped from the part that drives it. The passenger side moves fine.Any suggestions?

flip up and the arm prys off the splined shaft so you can see if stripped or broken - probably the wiper arm itself.
