I threw my '99's 2nd row bench away years ago since I knew I'd never use it (and I've yet to miss it). Even if I still had it, the freight would be substantial and the color probably wouldn't match. Another thing to check are the bolt holes. The bench seat may not line up with your captain's chairs holes, and the bolt holes are carefully reinforced. You wouldn't want to drill new holes in your floor pan since they would probably fail in an accident. I assume you've called some area salvage yards and asked them to do a computer search?
