Replying to: KarenS (May 31, 2007 10:20 am) I had read about the GTL diesel a while back. Qatar has the largest known reserve of natural gas in the World. Exxon is spending billions to build a GTL plant there also. It could not come at a better time. With several companies lining up with diesel vehicles for 2008, we will have a new source of ultra clean diesel to run them on.

Why not use this in the US? We could blend in bio fuels or get smart and use our 1000 year supply of shale oil. No no no, let us continue the way we are going even though my Jeep Grand Cherokee will burn bio-diesel fuel from the factory.
