No trade in. Not sure what they used to reduce the cap cost by $2,500. I'm assuming they just discounted the car as much as possible to get the deal done. I was very aggressive with the negotiating and asked for extra accessories to be put in and they gave them to me on a WE OWE YOU CONTRACT (Tints, Cargo security shade, and sport pedals). I wrote up the deal on the last post on how it was listed on my contract. Good Luck.

Hi hilltop3. Ford Credit's April base lease rate and residual value for a 24-month lease of a 2013 MKX AWD with 15,000 miles per year are 0.5% and 62%. The numbers for a 36-month lease are 0.75% and 53%. The numbers for a 39-month lease are 1.0% and 51%.

Hadi0116, congrats! You found a very good deal. I ended up with the same monthly, to include the tire and rim ($505 without.) Did you ever contact the Michigan dealer?

Thanks, I'm very happy with my car. Hilltop3, I never received the info for the Michigan dealer. I ended up leasing the car here in South Florida. Good luck to everybody trying to lease this vehicle.

negotiating lease on 2013 MKX pkg 102A, MSRP 50595.00, quoted incentive of 1000 only, is incentive 50117 applicable (1st mo. payment up to $600 free)? shows on pkg 100A. south florida residency and dealer. What is incentive 33059 posted by hadi0116? Looking at low mileage, 10500 for either 36 or 39 mos. Any tips?

Hi hadi0116, thanks for your info. I am looking also to lease 2013 MKX, 102A pkg, MSRP 50925, SW Florida. They're giving me incentive 50115 for 1K. What is program 33059 that you got for 2K? Also, is 1st mo. payment free applicable to pkg 102A? Only shows on 100A in quotes. Am looking at 36 or 39 mo lease with either 10,500 or 12K miles per year. Appreciate your help, you negotiated a great deal! Am going in to dealership for numbers tomorrow, thanks again for any help you can provide. Have a great day and enjoy your new ride!
