If you read my posts, you would have a clear concise understanding of the myriad of factory defective problems my lemon is plagued with. And I trust you never adjust your feet while driving so you don't accidentally engage the stupidly placed hood lever with your sleeping foot. Yes, the lever should operate from the top so no foot contact will engage the switch. Maybe you can wrap your brain around that solution. But it is your obligation to be able to understand what is posted and I am not going to explain anything additionally. Update to problems: For the final last time, I brought my Denali in for service to have them attempt to fix the failing A/C, the defective transmission, a defective electric window switch causing a battery drain and the loose steering wheel. They only could "solve" the column problem and replace the switch. After three other dealerships claimed the loose steering wheel was 'normal' for the Denali, this dealer actually ordered a replacement column. They installed it. As I drove out of the dealership, I noticee the wheel was installed about 10 degrees out of true. It is very crooked. Oh yes, they also dinged my drivers door as an added benefit to true GM quality care and service. However, the ding is the very least of the problems and soon this tragic example of a truck will not be my problem. Enjoy you GM truck and their superb competant service. |

Guysykes...I've been enjoying my ride very much also and would buy another no questions asked if I had to do it over again....not a single problem on this end. You can't please everyone. skytop1 is the only one I hear with problems...I think he should look into his lemon law rights and quit bitching. The Tundra is snapping CAM's and frying tranny's left and right, but he defends Toyota. Just think if he owned a Yota that had these problems. Like they said...buyers beware of paid bloggers! |

Mark and other GM diehard hardheads: Keep up the spirit. There will always be those who refuse to see they are on a sinking ship and they are the ones that go down. Guess you can't read either because I never defended Toyota or any foreign make. My beef is exclusively with GM, GMC Denali and GM's very poor service. I have been burned by GM for the last time. Indeed, I have paid in cash, lost time and anguish. But you fellas can dance all you want celebrating your allegience to a dying company but GM is losing market share big time and continuously every day of the year. Why? Cause guys like me and countless others are running, not walking away from GM. Those are the facts, live with it. And when your Denali breaks and it will due to systemic defects GM incorporated into the computer intensive Denali design, remember my posts about the frustration dealing with GM incompetant service. You can enjoy living in your delusionary world all you want, but I have been to the GM alter and I can assure you and everyone else interested, it is no picnic. GM is the pits and a thoroughly poor company to deal with. What I stated factually and accurately will ring in your ears as you repeatedly have your truck serviced ad nauseum. GM Sierra Ad: "We examined everything. We overlooked nothing." Believe that crock of GM crap, and I have a great deal on a bridge in Brooklyn I can sell you.

A noisy window(Denali), a fuel pump(Express van), and a brake booster(Silverado). Horrible company? Loosing shares? The only reason GM is loosing shares is due to Liberal Democrat controled and mandated Union benifits, given to totally incompetant workers who are undeserving and underperforming in the workplace, yet can't be fired because Democrat Unions say "that's not fair. You can't fire someone because they don't do their job". Yearly GM is spending over 1 billion dollars for benifits of employees. They are not loosing shares in the marketplace due to lack of sales....that's for sure. YOU need to do some research my friend. If you want to talk about failing companies lets bring Ford into the picture. Horrible sales, SLOW vehicles, cheap quality. Did you test drive a Lincoln Mark LT? I did......piece of sh*t. The salesman actually appoligized to me for that sorry excuse of a truck. How about Dodge? That thang got a Hemi? Huhu. CRAP. SLOW. UNRELIABLE. I've owned two Dodges. A 1983 Dodge diesel, which had a STRONG MOTOR. But the door might fall off while driving. EVERYTHING but the motor broke on that truck. And a 1999 Ram 1500 with a 360. It was loud. That's about the only good thing I can say about that heap. Total trash. Who's left? Toyota? Nissan? I'm sorry.....I'm not going to buy a ching-chang built vehicle EVER! So who is this mystery company with vehicles that don't have problems and have the best customer service? Who is this company that gives analy retentive customers like yourself a new vehicle for their troubles? What I find strang is that out of every Denali owner I've spoken to, you are the only one who has a problem. And the stranger thing is that you aren't bashing the dealership (probably because there is no dealership and you don't even own a Denali)....you are bashing GM as a whole. So...to rap this up, you are alone dude. No one in this forum gives five f*cks about you or your opinion. If you don't like your Denali, trade it off and go buy a Dodge. It's obvious that you are here ONLY to bash GM. Which is redundant considering that almost everyone here already has a Denali. You can leave now.

Yep those are the 07' 22' Esky wheels...Got wheels and tires on ebay for 2,300....each wheel cost like 1,100 if you had to order a replacement from Caddy.I'm looking into getting some center caps made that say "GMC". I'm using photobucket.com to host my images. It's free, after you upload your images just copy and paste your "IMG code" in the thread...
