ok so we put a 350 out of a 76 impala and a 400 turbo out of a 65 malibu, and a 168 tooth flywheel. but every starter a try never lines up. its stuffed into 85 monte carlo ss. i would really like to get this car out and on the road but for some reason staggered and straight starters have bolt holes but neither of them line up and no amount of shims correct the problem. any one that could help me with this problem, i would greatly appreciate it.
