Powerbenz, you are the man I want to talk to. I have a 2006 E class. I personally agree with you about the classiness and looks of the E and yet I wish it had a little more soul in the handling department. How about a comparo more in depth. Is your 545 a sprt? Thanks

You my friend have no clue. I joined this forum just to reply to your rediculous post. Background: I love 911's - I have had owned no less than 15 in total from 3 early 911 S's; 67, 70 and 73 to my last which is a 1997 993 turbo. If you think your 911S is fast I know of at least 500 Spec Miata SCCA racers that could beat your lap time on any track in the US. I do currently own an E63 wagon, as well as several other high performance street and track cars. I did not buy the E63 to stop light race the likes of you; but if I did it would ceratinly blow the doors of your Porsche. The Mercedes does it all - And I mean all. Your 911 is noisey, handles terribly, oversteers, probably leaks oil, requires high maintenance, Etc. If you only drive it once a month you probaly appreciate it. If you drive it every day - If it is your daily driver I feel sorry for you.

The E-63 was beyond requirements for a station wagon.
I ordered an E-350 4-Matic wagon several months before the '07 model year was announced and before the E-63 was a dream.
Does the E-63 have the 4-Matic drive train?
It's a must have for us.
Thanks.
